	Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited (TSX V: KLG) announces changes in management responsibilities. Rahman Connelly, Deputy Chairman has been appointed as Deputy Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Doris Meyer will remain in her role as a director and as Chief Financial Officer. The Board wishes to express their appreciation to Ms. Meyer for her dedication and vision in leading the Company towards achieving its goals in her term as Chief Executive Officer. This redistribution of responsibility reflects the Company's new direction as it progresses towards admission to AIM and the advancement of exploration on the Company's properties in Kalimantan through a Heads of Agreement with Australia's Oxiana Limited.
